Moja Chili Oil drizzled on mangos

Moja Chili Oil Mango Plate

✨ The sweet + spicy + tangy + salty balance makes it addictive, kind of like a street food vibe with a Moja twist.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 ripe but firm mangoes (the flesh should hold shape, not mushy)

  • 1–2 tbsp Moja chili oil

  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice

  • A pinch of flaky salt (or sea salt)

Optional extras

  • Fresh mint or coriander leaves for garnish

  • Toasted sesame seeds or crushed peanuts

  • A little drizzle of honey if your mango isn’t very sweet

Method

    • Peel and slice the mango into long strips or cubes. Arrange neatly on a plate.

      Prepare the mango

    • Drizzle Moja chili oil lightly over the mango.

    • Add a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of flaky salt to lift the flavors.

      Dress it up

    • Sprinkle with sesame seeds or crushed peanuts for crunch.

    • Add a few mint or coriander leaves for freshness.

      Garnish

    • Eat as a snack, side dish, or even as part of a bigger spread (great alongside grilled meats or as a bright salad element).

      Serve immediately
