Moja Chili Oil Mango Plate

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 ripe but firm mangoes (the flesh should hold shape, not mushy)

1–2 tbsp Moja chili oil

A squeeze of fresh lime juice

A pinch of flaky salt (or sea salt)

Peel and slice the mango into long strips or cubes. Arrange neatly on a plate.
Prepare the mango
