CEO (Chief Eating Officer) - Luchi Kartoffel Fairooz
Luchi oversees the quality control of all chili oil jars from a safe and legal distance. She does not taste, lick, sniff, or touch any Moja products during production (her lawyer insisted). Her duties include staring at chilli oil with great focus, supervising her minions (the rest of the team) from her observation perch, and reminds everyone that snacks are a human right. When she's not "quality testing," she's sleeping on important paperwork or demanding treats and cuddles as payment. She follows all German rules with pride, especially when it comes to following hygiene regulations.
Chief Flavour Officer - Maliha Fairooz
Maliha mixes fire and joy in every jar. She blends flavours and cultures, tasting and tweaking until each spoon hits just right. She believes flavour should be loud, fun, and never shy. When she's not stirring up magic, she's dreaming up new ways to make Berlin eat better, one chilli-kissed dish at a time. Although she does most of the work, she is simply a mere employee in Luchi's Chili Oil Empire.
