Moja Chili Oil (Mango 🥭)

Inspired by kashmiri aamer achar — the Bengali mango pickle that hits every note at once — this is Moja with a twist. Same slow-cooked garlic, smoky paprika, hot habaneros with the fiery heat, but now with mango that’s bright, tangy, and just sweet enough to make it dangerous. Spicy, sweet, salty, sour. All in one spoonful.
